Participating in the Boston Marathon is more than a race—it’s a chance to stand up for something greater.

DONATE

Participating in the Boston Marathon has always been a dream of mine. It’s an iconic test of endurance, heart, and determination. But this year, every mile I run carries a purpose far greater than crossing the finish line.

I’m running for children who learn differently.

Throughout my life, I’ve seen firsthand how students with learning differences often struggle—not because they lack intelligence or potential, but because they need support tailored to how they learn best. When given the right tools and supports, these children thrive. They grow in confidence. They discover their strengths. They begin to believe in themselves.

That’s why I’m dedicating my race to supporting The S.E.A.L. Foundation.

The S.E.A.L. Foundation represents Strength, Empowerment, Achievement, and Leadership—values that perfectly reflect the children it serves. Through education, mentorship, and advocacy, the foundation creates opportunities for kids who learn differently, ensuring they receive the resources they deserve. Their mission is deeply personal to me, and I am fully committed to helping them expand their impact.

Training for Boston has required early mornings, long runs in tough conditions, and pushing through moments when quitting would be easier. But none of that compares to the perseverance these students show every single day. When the miles feel heavy, I think about them—and I keep going.

My goal is to raise as much as possible to support programs that provide tutoring, mentorship, and confidence-building opportunities. Every dollar raised goes toward helping a child feel seen, understood, and capable.

If you’re able, I would be incredibly grateful for your support. No contribution is too small. And if donating isn’t possible, sharing this message or cheering from afar means just as much.

On race day, when I take each step toward the finish line, I’ll be running for something bigger than myself. Together, we can turn 26.2 miles into meaningful change for children who learn differently.

Thank you for believing in this mission—and for helping me make every mile matter.
